Carrie Tegeder has been licensed since 1998 and brings with her 20 years of Property Management and Real Estate experience. Carrie’s education includes the University of North Georgia and the Institute of Real Estate Management where she has taken courses toward her CPM (Certified Property Management) designation. Carrie’s background includes real estate sales, working with buyers, and leasing. She has single family, multifamily, and commercial asset management, with investors/clients such as Fannie Mae, Suntrust, and Bank of America. Carrie has been a property manager during multi-million dollar renovations as well as new construction multifamily projects.
